The dancing is similar to that of a Ceilidh. and for dancing you would need a caller.

You would have a 3 piece ( 2 musicians plus a caller ) 4 piece ( 3 musicians plus a caller )  5 piece ( 4 musicians and a caller  

Often these musicians can be mobile, hence they are ideal for meet and greet / mix and mingle situations.  

The instrumentation would vary from band to band - fiddle, banjo, accordion and guitar are suitable for this type of music. 

You can normally have a combination of a meet and greet and a hoedown dance should you wish.

We have a large selection of wild west props ranging from backdrops to 3D buildings, life size Cowboys, bunting, flags, trunks, saddles, sets for photos, giant cactus plants, totem poles, outdoor campfire set (silk flame). Not only can we theme the main marquee but we can also create a ‘town square’ including the sideshows, activities, food stations etc.

All theming is enhanced with LED lighting.
