Early bird sign up until 1 June - guarantee your group sitting together. For bookings made after 1 June, seating together is subject to availability.

Maximum table size is 12 - any parties greater than 12 will be split across multiple tables.

Drinks
Free bar included in ticket price, excl. top shelf spirits and bubbles. Bubbles can be purchased for the table with food (via form below). House wine bottles will be served with dinner at the table. Wine served by the glass at the bar. All other bar drinks available as normal.

2B Dress - Evening Mess Undress (with black waistcoat or cummerbund), black tie, ball gowns or suitable alternative. See Mess Rules for further details.

Cost
£70 per ticket for Mess members, £70 for first guest, £75 per ticket for subsequent guests. Price includes 3 course buffet-style meal, live band and disco, entertainers, plenty of games, dodgems, free bar and more!

Payment will be automatically split across Mess Members upcoming two Mess bills (June and July). If you wish to pay prior to the ball, please contact the Mess Treasurer.

Overnight guests
You are reminded, if you have guests staying at COLLINGWOOD overnight after the event, it is YOUR personal responsibility to submit the relevant visitor notification paperwork in good time. All visiting guests will be assumed to depart at, or before carriages (0200) at the end of the event; if this is the case then you do not need to raise any additional paperwork.

If you have any urgent queries regarding the Ball, please contact the Social Secretary, at the earliest opportunity. Should you need to amend your booking, contact both Social Sec and Mess Treasurer. 

Cancellation policy: cancellations within 7 days of a function are liable to pay the cost of food (approx. £25 per head); cancellations within 72 hours are liable for the whole cost of the event ticket.
